- All products purchased from Edapparambil Silks are recommended to be dry cleaned only.
- Customers are advised to follow the wash-care instructions mentioned on product pages.
5. Colours & Display
We make every effort to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and fabric characteristics. Colour variations shall not be treated as defects.
6. Dyeing Policy
- We strive to achieve up to 90% colour matching accuracy based on references provided.
- Slight colour variations may occur due to fabric texture, weave, thickness, and base colour.
- Different fabric types may show colour differences.
- Wash care for dyed fabrics is strictly dry cleaning only.
- We recommend adding 25 cm extra fabric when booking dyeing services, as fabrics may shrink by 5–10%.
7. Order Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion due to reasons such as stock limitations, pricing errors, or verification issues. If payment has been made, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
8. Order Cancellation by You
- If cancellation is requested before the order is shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a refund as store credit.
- Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return Policy for such cases.
9. Final & Binding Decision
Any decision taken by Edapparambil Silks regarding order acceptance, cancellation, or refunds shall be final and binding. By using our services, you agree not to dispute such decisions.
