1. Delivery Locations
- Domestic Shipping (India): Delivery is available only to serviceable pincodes supported by our shipping / courier partners.
- International Shipping: International delivery may be available to select countries supported by our courier partners and may require additional shipping charges.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after the order is confirmed.
- Dispatch (retail / customised items) will be initiated only after full payment is received.
- For international shipments, dispatch will be initiated only after the international courier amount is confirmed and paid (if applicable).
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Delivery timelines vary based on destination, courier network, and local conditions.
- Typical delivery time within India may range from 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the location.
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, strikes, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges & Calculation
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on factors such as delivery location, package weight, and package dimensions. The final shipping charge will be displayed before you complete payment.
- Kerala: Base shipping starts from ₹100 / kg (subject to courier slabs and minimum chargeable weight).
- Outside Kerala (within India): Base shipping starts from ₹200 / kg (subject to courier slabs and minimum chargeable weight).
Important: Courier partners may apply minimum chargeable weight slabs (example: 0.5 kg / 1 kg / 1.5 kg / 2 kg) and volumetric weight rules. The chargeable weight may be the higher of actual weight or volumetric weight.
5. GST on Shipping
GST (as applicable) will be added to shipping charges and will be visible during checkout / invoice generation.
6. Shipping Partners
We ship orders using trusted courier partners and shipping aggregators to ensure reliable delivery. Courier allocation may vary based on serviceability, delivery speed, and operational availability.
