Edapparambil Silks does not fall under general return or exchange policies. As our products include sarees, fabrics, running materials, and customised selections, we do not support refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

If you require any clarification regarding a product before purchase, we strongly encourage you to contact us prior to placing the order.

2. Damages & Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective
  • Physically damaged during transit
  • Incorrectly supplied (wrong product)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. Our team will review the concern and take appropriate action if the issue is validated.

Note: Claims raised after the inspection window or without proper visual evidence may not be accepted.

3. Size & Colour Disclaimer

  • Size, colour, or design selections cannot be changed after an order has been placed.
  • Please carefully follow the product descriptions, images, and selection guidelines provided on the product page before confirming your order.

4. Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
