At Edapparambil Silks, every saree and fabric we offer goes through strict quality checks at multiple stages to ensure accurate measurements, color consistency, defect-free designs, and undamaged, unworn condition before dispatch.
However, in rare cases where you wish to request a return or exchange, either due to a product being defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, you may raise a request by contacting us at customercare@edapparambilsilks.com. Our customer support team will guide you through the return or exchange process.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange unless a manufacturing defect is identified at the time of delivery:
- Pre-cut fabrics
- Dyed materials
- Pre-cut laces and embellishments
- Discounted or sale items
Covered as Defect or Damage
- Significant inconsistency in print, texture, or color visible at first unpacking
- Fabric abruptly torn and unusable
- Loosely woven, damaged, or torn fabric structure
Not Covered as Defect or Damage
- Minor color variations due to screen differences
- Inherent color bleeding where wash-care instructions are mentioned
Conditions for Returned Products
- Original tags must be intact
- Product must be unused, unwashed, unstitched, and undamaged
- Item must be returned in original packaging
Important Note: All return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos of the issue. Edapparambil Silks reserves the right to inspect and approve or reject returns.
